Hello Again

I'm back!
Well actually I'd just forgotten all about my poor little blog. Haven't been doing a lot in the line of crafting anyway but hoping to get back into the swing of things again! Watch this space :)

Scrap-a-ganza

Just thought I'd add some of my pictures from Scrap-a-ganza. I had a fab time, in spite of the black eye and various other injuries. On the friday morning I went into the town of Nordwijkerhout with 3 other ladies Isobel, Christine & Karen and we had a lovely morning wandering about stopping in chocolate shops...aren't those shoes amazing?

As were the shirts and various other goodies we spotted there!
After a nice relaxed lunch we got a taxi back to the hotel just in time to register, collect out goodie bags & head to class!
My friday classes were an album track with Donna Downey....more details on that when I rescue it from the box I shipped home :)
My first class on saturday morning was a lovely class with Jeannie Damovich from Making Memories using the {Note}worthy range.

We made 3 los in class

and I had enough stash left over in my kit to make another lo & 3 cards.....very generous!

Well first off, I just want to say thanks to all of you for taking part in my little comp! Nobody guessed exactly right, but the nearest was Karen who guessed 267! There was actually 269 items in the box!
Karen if you could let me know your address I'll get the box posted to you asap!
Made a lo today for a challenge on one of the forums I visit. The challenge was to use blue, use brads or eyelets, use ink, use a map & use a hand-made embellishment.
Think I've fullfilled all the criteria....used blue papers & made an embellie using a map & a brad and inked the edges of it. So full marks to me I think!

Well, there seems to be lots of interest in the comp! Some good guess so far, but nobodys guessed right just yet, so keep those guesses coming...

Competition Time!!!

Decided to have a little bit of a competition as a sort of thank you to those of you who visit my blog! Nothing major, just a small crafting prize for somebody.
All you gotta do is have a look at the picture below & guess how many crafting items I've managed to fit in the box. The winner (whoever gets it right or closest to by sunday) gets the box of goodies.

The box includes brads, eyelets, sequins, die cuts, tags, feathers, skeleton leaves, stickers, seed beads & similar bits & pieces.
The stickers are counted by sheet not individual stickers. So the sheet of stickers counts as 1 item not 6! Also the seed beads are in pots & each pot is 1 item....I haven't the patience for counting hundreds of tiny beads individually!
Everything else is counted individually like brads, eyelets, sequins etc
One guess per person or if you put a link to it on your blog you can have an extra guess!
So get guessing :)
Well I've decided I'm liking the whole multi-photo lo thing. One or two photo can't always tell the whole story!
Had another attempt at a multi-pic lo today & scrapped some photos from the Honda Run we went on at Easter. Not quite as many as I had on my "Fun Times" lo but still fitted a few on :)
